At DALQON, we stand behind the quality of our pieces. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed

  • Item must be in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please review our size guide carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us prior to ordering.

Items returned that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

 


 

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size only, subject to availability.

If your preferred size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during promotional clearance events

 


 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as DALQON is not responsible for lost return packages.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

 


 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
